We are a Czech company founded by real estate professionals. We are engaged in the construction of rental residential and multifunctional buildings, which we also operate and provide with all services, including building management.
LUKA TRIANGL is a rental housing complex of small-sized apartments, which is the latest project (approved 9/2019). Living Apartments thus expanded its offerings through rental housing, which is sought after by young people as student housing or the first joint housing investment of young couples.

- One-bedroom apartments (1+kk)
One-bedroom apartments are suitable for students or space-intensive people as well as busy people who prefer privacy over a hotel room. An interesting feature of this type of flat is a large dressing room, or a student ‘mini-apartment’, where a study place is located under the bunkbed. The apartments are equipped with a kitchenette and a built-in microwave, fridge and ceramic hob or cooker.

- Two-bedroom apartments (2+kk)
Two-bedroom apartments are suitable for young couples, students or space-intensive persons. It is interesting that the flats of this layout have different floor plans, so they are not standardised. Each one is unique. Our offering includes four apartments with two bedrooms. The apartments have a kitchen with a built-in microwave, fridge and ceramic hob.
